We help our startup partner to gain local competitive edge by gathering market info, analyzing competitor information, and formulating strategy together that is best suited to penetrate into the market.
EXECUTION IN PRACTICE
We work with our partners to implement and execute the strategy. This often includes creation of presentation material in local language, identification of suitable prospects, and selling together with our partners. In addition we will introduce our startup partners to multiple venture capitals in Japan operation.
